Individual Therapy
​​
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a person in therapy. The therapy goals are established, agreed upon, and worked on throughout the therapeutic process. Many people seek therapy to feel supported while trying to improve the quality of their everyday life. Individual therapy can be used alone or in combination with group therapy and/or medication management. Our therapy sessions last for 45 minutes.

Psychological Assessment
Psychological Assessment - Psychological assessment is used to develop a more comprehensive picture of a person’s cognitive abilities, academic or work skills, and relationship to themselves and others. We offer 3 types of assessment:
​
Psychoeducational Assessment – is one-on-one and uses a variety of tools to develop a comprehensive perspective of a person’s academic skills and cognitive abilities. It is important to determine not just how much a person has learned, but how he/she/they learn and goes about the task of solving problems.
Psychological Assessment - in addition to academic skills and cognitive abilities, a psychological assessment may also include an assessment of personality, psychopathology, and adaptive behavior.

Neuropsychological Assessment - the most comprehensive assessment, includes the assessments above as well as assessments of sensorimotor functions, attention, memory and learning, and executive functioning.

Consultation with Schools and/or Organizations
Third Avenue Psychological Services, PLLC does not provide consultation to schools and organizations. Dr. Keba provides these services through the organization Keba S.P.E.A.K.S., LLC. If your school and/or organization is interested in consultation click here for more information.​
